Okay, before heading to the raft that takes you to see Caesar I left boon in Novac in my room so that I could still have his spotter perk. Went and did the meet n greet with him, did the bunker bit for house and finished off Benny in a arena duel.

I came back to the Novac hotel room and right away I enter a convo with Boone, he's asking wtf I'm doing working with the Legion blah blah, I tell him I'm not gonna do it again and then after that he keeps initiating conversation with me!!
I've sent him back to his room in Novac, that didn't fix the bug. I sent him away to Lucky 38 but he's nowhere to be found there. This blows man, I can't go anywhere with him in tow now cause everytime he catches up he enters convo with me and asks "What's up?" :\

Do I have to reload a older save and send him away before going on the raft to Fort. Hill and doing all of that all over again?
