As far as I can tell it's either not happening at all (which makes me a sad panda) or they'll be available on the 19th or at a later date (which would also make me a sad panda).

So, has anyone heard anything about there being gamer pics, a New Vegas theme, avatar downloads, etc. for New Vegas?

he has said that there wont and that "playing this game should be its own reward" and i think it will be.

I'm pretty sure that was in response to Avatar Awards (things you unlock through gameplay).
I'm talking about things you can buy with Microsoft Points and don't even need to own the game to be able to purchase.
