It's not a resolution issue. That is to say, the console isn't coming up out of view.
US Keyboard.
No infrared devices.
Windows 7.
Steam.

So now that all the pertinent information is there, I'm sorry to say, It simply isn't coming up for me. Any tips or suggestions (or, if I'm so lucky, an actual remedy) would be greatly appreciated.
