Right now Im stuck for quests, and I dont want to go any further with the main quest line right now, so whats a good place to get some quests?

You don't say how far in you are, but I just reached Camp McCarren and picked up a truckload of quests and miniquests.

Camp McCarren, Camp Forlorn Hope, Bitter Springs.. basically, all the NCR camps. Head into the Thorn and North/East/West Vegas, and go up to find the Boomers and Khans. Find the followers and do their quests too.

Uh, just about any place there's people really.
