Where can i get mods for anti-material rifle and trail carbi

They just show up randomly in vendors stock under Miscellaneous once you reach a certain level. You'll find trail carbine mods earlier than the .50 cal. I got the scope for the trail carbine fairly early (lvl 8-10 I believe) but I only just started seeing mods for the AMR now at level 20.

There isn't? I could have sworn I saw something. I must be mistaken. I haven't picked up the AMR at this point.

Anti materiel rifle doesnt have any mods , the trail carabine has a scope mod that shows up randomly at the traders.
