So I grabbed arcade before I was far enough along to start his quest and k sent him too wait at the 38. Now that I am ready to start his quest I can't get him to join me. I know what your thinking.... Dump your other companions.... Well when I do that it won't give me the diolog to ask him too join. Does anyone know if he is anti ed-e cause that is my non human pal..... Or is this just a retarted glich

I had Arcade and ED-E together for a short bit so I don't think it's that.

There is no exclusion when it comes to Companion Combinations. If he doesn't have the option to join you then your game bugged.

Even if you have someone else already, you would still have the option - the companion in question would simply inform you that you have no space.

However...

He will not join you if you are pursuing helping Legion. He made that expressly known to you when he joined you the first time.

I've read that people dismissed ED-E, then got Arcade, then got ED-E back. I never had the problem though

Dude above me is correct. Get rid of ED-E then get Arcade, then get ED-E back. Good luck.
