where the hell do i get it!?!?!?!?!?,and dose anyone have any tips on assiane/idk(primary weapon,most 2handed guns like scoped guns shottys and all the sorts like u would as a run and gun but more refrined)((wish they had more scope types for stuff like the brush gun and cby and tac sight for liek the hunting shotty))if u got any names for what im looking for jus shoot them out and id say yes or no too or give details on some related builds,thanks

1. Not having a scope on a shotgun is not the end of the world.

2. They are worn by NPCs called 'Veteran Ranger', they are on the side of the NCR and do not appear until a few quests into the Main Story.

ummm, where abouts..........cause i never seen them through out the entire game...........

You have to get to at least the bunker under the Legion Fort in my experience before they start showing up. After that check Ranger Stations and Camps. They'll be there.

They spawn near Ranger stations if the player is lvl 17+ and has decided on a faction for the endgame.

k cool, so dose anyone got any build sujestions?(note: i love to snipe and use the hunting shotty, likes being sneaky like a real sniper, and can shoot well with the brush gun and other non scope moding weapons liek the brushrifle)
