.... How to get the followers of the Apocalypse to aid the NCR with medical supplies during the final battle. According to the GECK they can but in my 3 playthroughs of NV i never once got the dialog with any followers member to do so they always end up getting kicked out of the fort. surly someone has found out how to do this by now?

I believe it's bugged.
