12 O'clock release... 10min later...

So it's 12:10am on the 19th...

Since Steam advertised release of a product at a certain time and did not follow through with that promise (a legally binding business contract) what sort of compensation for failing to deliver that product do you want?

Didn't Steam say it'd unlock 12:01 Pacific Time?

It's not even Midnight in Central yet. Cool yer jets for another three hours.

12:00 Midnight Pacific
2:00am Central
3:00am Eastern

For PC copies. (If you buy it at gamestop in the East at midnight, you still won't be able to play until 3:00am)
