Got a brand new computer, with Windows 7 (64 bit). I went through all the fun reinstallation, fixed the archiveinvalidation issues, and other fun stuff, but am stuck with a problem I just cannot seem to figure out. My mouse wheel works fine ingame to zoom my view in/out of third person, but refuses to scroll any menus or dialog windows at all. For the life of me, I cannot seem to find an option in the settings menus to alter the mouse wheel being recognized, nor could I see anything that looked like it in fallout.ini or falloutprefs.ini. Anyone have an idea what I need to set to get it working again? Scrolling through barter menus with 75+ items is downright painful at this point.
