The console that allows you to upgrade your Lukcy 38 suite is bugged. It doesn't respond properly to the mouse and will not allow me to navigate its inventory properly. Mousing over an item will tpyically highlight one 3 or 4 above it...if that. And I'm barely able to get the right-hand pane to respond to my mouse. I have to rely on the keyboard which is especially clunky amidst the already clunky pipboy UI. See the following screenshot.

Yeah, I had the same issue. I got around it by just using the mouse lower. :shrug:

I haven't used the terminal as a merchant so it was only a short period of time I had to suffer with it, for while I bought the upgrades.

It's because there's a terminal screen and a trading interface open at the same time. Click on the power button to close the terminal underneath and then it will work.
