Do energy weapons also have the aim down sights feature?

i don't see why it wouldn't... i'd understand if they didn't resemble firearms, but they do... very flashy and glowy firearms

Does the auto-aim go away when you bring up the sights? Nothing would drive me more batty than watching the shots go off at an angle.
