Hello,

Brother of mine istalled Fallout on his PC and I attempted to do the same and while launching the Steam, I can't run the game using my brother's Steam account nor with my own as KEY's been already registered to my brothers Steam. As far as I understand I won't be able to play it till my brother finishes the game and give me access to his account, right?

The game is registered to his account, so you'd need access to his accound in order to play.

The only alternative is to buy your own copy of Fallout:NV

I tried to log in to his account and the result was for me Incorrect Password and for him kick out from the game. We can't play at the same time using same account?

No, you can't.

You can log into your borthers account (he will have to be logged off or it may kick him off) and then restart steam in offline mode.
You should be able to play the game then.
