Is there anything like the F3 Blastmaster gear that raises explosives skill in this game? I'm 5 points shy of fixing the Vault 19 issue, and that's using the 20 from the magazine and a dose of Mentats. I'd hate to have to spend 5 skill points of my last level just to deal with this... :brokencomputer:

Rats! I thought I'd seen Fiends wearing painspike armor so I was hoping...

I really wish it was just the leaders who wore the skulls would make them seem like a nice collectable item.

And regular raiders would wear the FO3 raider head gear.
