In the first few hours of the game it seemed I couldn't kick over a rock without finding a stealth-boy. Now that my char is closing in on level 20, it occurs to me that I haven't found one in what seems like ages. I quickly found a dozen of them, now nothing. Where's a good place to look? Or are they distributed randomly and I just had a string of luck?

I found several in "come fly with me" but odds are you have done that already.

Checking ammo crates is always a good bet, not always, but sometimes ou can score a stealthboy, and if you're REALLY lucky, you can get 2 in a crate.
