i am at my wits end trying to work out how exactly this damn system works as i have done quests for the ncr and brotherhood and in both factions i have got the "LIKED" status but for some reason every action i take resets the rep-o-meter to neutral then it will suddenly go back to liked. disguises dont affect this and it really is a pain because i cant get ncr supply drops or support

anybody else get this and is there a way to fix it

just in case: i play on ps3 and have the collectors edition

What exactly is happening. What actions are you specifically taking that cause it to drop to neutral? How did you notice the drop? How did you notice it was back at liked?

its spontaniously dropping from liked to neutral basically everytime i enter a store or buy a new gun or anything that involves bartering or entering a building. i check my rep with factions every 10 mins or so or after a quest and thats how i discovered it and when i checked again it was back to liked (as i am typing it has reset to neutral) i really cant work like this as im trying to get enough rep so i can make peace between the ncr and the brotherhood. oh yeah and after around 10 mins or so it sets to liked and repeats

And you don't make a habit out of wearing disguises?

well t45d is my heavy armor and ranger patrol armor(i found in comm station charlie) is my everyday armor otherwise no i dont use disguises

That sounds like you regularly use disguises. Try not wearing disguises for a while. I noticed that my Ranger Elite Armor caused the game to think the NCR hated me.
