But the options are to destory HoverDam's power, or over run the Mojave with my securitron hoard. Those were not the options I wanted.

Yes Man isn't really connected to the NCR plotline per say. If I recall correctly, after you protect the president, you head back into Hoover Dam and speak with someone there (possibly the woman who'd been giving you quests earlier). You're coming up on the end-game though so if there's anything you really wanna do in the wastes, do that first.

You should do the quest chain at the NCR embassy on The Strip and/or the Colonel lady at Hoover Dam, this will lead to the NCR ending.

Thanks for the input. I got alot of side missions to do, kinda dosent fit with the plot. The Legion can strike at any moment yet im running around the waste for days doing little tasks. All well. :shrug:
