Anyone know of a quick fix for me to enjoy the game I just spent 55 dollars on?

A shot in the dark & I could be way off base but that might be a heat issue. Maybe even a driver one.

My drivers are up to date and AFAIK there's no overheating issues?

How about Mods or about traits that you choose for you character?

Pop your video card out, check to make sure it's not clogged with dust. Reseat it and try again. That's a texturing issue, which either means ram is too hot, failing, or the GPU is starting to die/not getting enough power.
