So i have had a few feel bad moments in GTA IV, like when you kill someone that was in the middle of saying something funny. or you run into a pedestrian and they right the hood/bumper of your car and you sandwhich them inbetween it and a wall. Those moments.

Anyway, I was playing FO: NV... and I am at the part after Nipton Rest Stop. Then oliver swannik runs outta nowhere, yelling I WON THE LOTTERY!, then hes running away, and i wanna still talk to him but i can't keep up with him, so i lock him in my VATS. So I sit there contemplating should I kill him or not, will I miss out on something later. I finally decide to kill him.
I go to loot the bottey to see how much money he won. Instead he has this lottery ticket. I felt so bad for the guy. He was so happy LOL!!! anyone else get to the part yet? its quite early in.

I offed him on the chance that the ticket could benefit my character. lol. My character is a [censored].

Yup. He started waving a lottery ticket and I thought to myself "maybe that's something I can turn in for loot/caps/whatever," so I popped his noggin with my rifle.

lol i shot him 3 times in the back with the .357mm rifle lol.. im at war with the powder gangster anyway. I helped goodsprings and primm both out real nice.
