New Monitor

Post » Wed Mar 09, 2011 3:17 am

Is it possible to set New Vegas, or any other Bethesda game to play at any higher than 1680 x 1050 resolution? I just upgraded from a 22" 1680 x 1050, to a 27" 1920 x 1080 monitor. I would like to, if possible make use of that while playing. How is this done if it is even possible?

Did you make sure you switched the option from 16:10 widescreen to 16:9 widescreen?

It should appear as an option under the options menu in the launcher. If it does not then it means that for some reason the game does not see it as an availible resolution based on the information provided to it by your system.

Are you using a d3d9.dll fix? Also are you able to set your desktop resolution to 1920x1080?

To change the resolution go into option in the launch menu where you start your game.

Have you got a graphics card to support a 27 inch monitor?
