On the "Oh My Papa" quest my pointer says that Melissa is standing at the great kahn encampment but she is no where to be seen. I have tried several time to but it still brings me back to an empty encampment. The quest "We will all go together" after finding all irradiated dog tags and I return to First Sgt. Astor to complete this quest the dialog to finish this quest is not available. This is my 8th character playing this game and all of the other characters never had this problem resolving these quests.

As far as the issue with Melissa this is a bug that occurs if you complete Don't Make a Beggar of Me before doing Oh My Papa. You can fix this with the console. Goto her camp hit the tilde key to bring up your console. Type prid e5e51 and hit enter. You should see Melissa (000e5e51) at the top of the screen. Type enable and hit enter. Melissa should reappear at the marked location.

Thanks! It allowed me to finish the "Oh My Papa" quest. Now I only have one quest not completed. Are there any answers for the other one? ie "We will all go together" quest. I have collected all 10 irradiated dog tags but when I return to complete this quest the dialog never comes up for the completion.
