Another odd thing happened, this occurred after the Briscoe incident. I sold some stuff to a roving trader in Novac and oddly enough he has put on the Hockey Mask and the Raider Painspike armor and stays in the same spot and hasn't seemed to have his inventory/caps replenish in quite a few game days. Anyone else have that happen?

I think the trader in Novac is supposed to stop there. Not sure though. His stock never replenishes and he has only 250 caps after a restock.

Yeah, that trader seems to have the old Morrowind "I wear the best armor in my sales inventory" thing. Which caused a particular Morrowind merchant to go crossdressing with the female armor add-on.

He was wearing full Legion Recruit armor for a while with me. I kept expecting Boone to mow him down.
