I've encountered a bug where NCR attacks me for no reason. My faction standing is good with NCR and I haven't done any quests that would hurt my standing. I wish to do more NCR quests but can't with them attacking me. How do I fix this?

That sounds unlike it might have any TECHNICAL element to it at all. I think you should be in the cheats, hints, and spoilers forum.

Make sure that you're not wearing Legion armor, or any other disguises that will make them aggressive towards you. Such as the Powder Gangs or the Brotherhood of Steel.
