Can you modify your appearance?

Simple question. Can you edit your appearance anywhere after you have finished the tutorial? I know Fallout 3 allowed you to do this with some doctor by Rivet City, and I got a semi-unreliable answer off of Google that said you can get it done somewhere in the Legion Camp. So does anyone know if this is possible, and if so where can I get it done?

Tried searching the forum and google and I got nothing. Thanks.

Join the Kings as a special "favour" from Elvis. This will let you use their barber.

Yeah but how about plastic surgery? We had it in FO3 it seems a step backwards to me if we can't do it this time.
