...you have a rig that powerful and you still bought it for the inferior platform?

lol. Sell your 360 copy. Buy it for PC. You still get achievements, worthless though they may be.

thats the rig i have. :) although i have 6 GB more ram lying around i intend to put in one of these days. i tease my console friends about their achievements. "did you get your achievement for turning your xbox on today? what about your achievement for getting your disk in the tray" the best part was when they see all the mods i had for fallout 3 and oblivion like FWE and enclave commander. after seeing those in action achievements seem kind of [censored]. "look at you, im so proud of you, you got an achievement for finishing part of the main quest. now if youll excuse me i have to call down an orbital strike and send my platoon of enclave soldiers in with my mod. IN YOUR FACE." :)

Yeah, definitely get it for PC if you plan on using mods. There's just no comparison to consoles.

I run NV on the following:

AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200+ on Socket 939
4GB DDR400
XFX 8800GS 384mb

OP's rig slaughters my museum piece, and that slaughters New Vegas pretty nicely, so yeah.

Put your 360 copy up on eBay. Some idiot there will end up paying more for your used copy than what it's worth new, and you can't be held liable if you listed it for a fair price. I'd start bidding at 35 bucks, personally.

You should really be getting it for the PC... the games (MW, OB, FO3 and NV) have a lot of modding potential and when they're set up with some overhauls and unique gameplay mods they kinda blow many other games out of the water IMO.

Yes, mods are awesome.

I did the same for Fallout 3, then wised up and got NV for PC right off the bat.
