I've noticed a movement problem that just started. When I'm crouched, I often get a kind of movement lag. I can be moving in a direction, and suddenly leap ahead three feet. While this is happening, I also have a lot of trouble looting or interacting with objects. I hear the interaction noise, but nothing happens. This is also affecting VATS, and prevents me from either going into VATS mode, or delays it by five or more seconds. This is getting REALLY frustrating, especially since my gameplay method is based on sneaking around.

When this problem starts up, I can then stand up, and finally interact with objects. But of course this "workaround" completely ruins the gameplay.
