I had my first run in with the nightkin and boy.. did it ever startle me. I didn't know what to look for then BAM :flamethrower: :ahhh:

Edit: I would just like to point out that there is the possibility of spoilers if someone decides to ruin it all for us. Lets try and keep any locations or in depth facts about the Nightkin out of this thread thank you. :foodndrink:

What part of his post spoiled anything? Unless you didn't know there were Nightkin, but that's been common knowledge for months.

I wasn't too startled by them, I was told they'd be around and I knew what the invisibility effect looked like. I was more annoyed at how jumpy and strong they were. Stupid 10mm.

Do you really consider that a spoiler? I didn't say where i encountered them, I didn't say what happened and i didn't give any information on them. I simply said they startled me. Besides in interviews they've been talked about :rolleyes:

Well i didn't know in depth what they were all about, i knew very little about them just for the fact i didn't care to research them, but to be honest i wasn't paying attention at all i was scavenging and there it was.. :toughninja: They are powerful though, i used up a lot of my stimpaks.

My reaction was "HOLY S***" and i kinda jumped. I wasn't expecting it at all, and not to mention my reaction gave the stupid thing a few extra hits on me.. wasn't too happy about that when i found out they were beastly! :facepalm:

aaa, well sir i wont be giving away any locations or any in depth facts about the Nightkin. But.. there is always a chance that some ahole will give it away, lets hope that doesn't happen though because i'm sure a lot of people would like to chat about this topic. :ninja:

Thanks alot. Now I'm anticipating bying diapers for when I feel adventurous enough to free roam.

The last time a game made me throw the controller from being startled was RE3. :lol:
