I was so happy to finally get my CE of FONV and after some problems this morning I learned it was already headed to me. After being on the truck for a little more than 8hrs it was delivered to me and I quickly unwrapped my little gift. However "professionals have standards" as they say so I thought I would flex my photography skills doing setup session with the Collector's Edition.

WARNING if you don't want to see what's inside then don't click the links below. Also note these are off of my site so please go easy even though I have bandwith it's not much at around 250gigs. There's 6 images in total to look at with the 4th and 5th images showing the whole collections. The Platinum chip is around 2 to 2 1/2 inches in diameter and probably weighs close to 1/4 of a lb.

Sorry I won't be posting up images of the little book that was included in the Collector's Edition. Also want to apologize to those hoping to see the playing card images. Want to keep those intact since i'm a collector by nature and by heart. Happy hunting all in the world of New Vegas I know that i'll have one heck of a blast.

The only thing I was really disappointed in is the Deck of Cards. They aren't real. No coating, and the backs are not uniform. They're also extremely thin.

I enjoy card games quite a bit and was looking forward to using them.

Should have gone soft cover for the little comic and added real cards.

:shrug: Can't win em all I guess.
