Hey, I've been using stimpaks just fine all game long (level 9 now) but after a certain cripple I tried to highlight my limb in the pipboy and it sort of bugged out with the cursor. Now, I can no longer highlight any of my limbs on the pipboy, it doesnt flash or anything and so i cant stimpak them. I tried reloading a previous save and I can stimpak a limb but ONLY ONCE and then the same bugged out cursor thing happens again. Yes I am 100000% positive that my limb is crippled, I've done it 1000X before but my game glitched my saves somehow and now i can't heal crippled limbs except using doctor's bags :S. Anyone have a suggestion?

Did you change your settings at all... I know in hardcoe mode stims will not heal a busted limb only hydra or a docs bag??

I've always been in hardcoe, you can still heal limbs with stim but you have to do it manually to the limb as opposed to just using it, but I can't apply it manually anymore and half my body is crippled now :X

Normally in hardcoe you can't use stims to heal limb damage, only hp.

You werent using stims you were using doctor bags and you ran out of them. clicking on a limb uses a doctors bag in hardcoe mode.

Exactly right. I've played 4 characters now in HC and you cannot repair injured limbs w/ stims, only doctor's bags.

Oh Wow, I feel like an idiot now :S. It always made the same noise X_X. Thanks guys for the heads up!
