.308 JSP ?

I have read some posts in which people are mentioning .308 JSP ( jacketed soft point) bullets. Is there something I need to do to make these other than have 100 repair? Thanks.

You need the Hand Loader perk.

The JSP bullets require the perk "Hand Loader" before being unlocked.
