What attribute for throwing weapons? : Fallout: New Vegas

Ok, I don't have the game yet (sometime today).

Going handguns n throwing weapons. What attribute helps throwing weapons? I have the guide, but just shows "range weapon", under spear, knife, and hatchet thrown. Strength is like only 1 or 2, soooo no way to make it stronger through primary attributes.

Nothing stated under Agility either.

Any answer?

There's a level 2 perk called http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Fallout:_New_Vegas_perks, that is supposed to enhance your throwing skill. According to the wiki:

Level 2
Requirements: ST 5, Explosives 30
Ranks: 1
Description: All thrown weapons fly farther and faster for you.
