Who is the robot Nash referred to?

Nash, the guy who runs the Mojave Express in Primm mentions that a robot cowboy is behind the deliveries. Of course, my Courier with his int score of 8, automatically thinks he's talking about Slimm Primm. That was my first thought too. To which Nash reveals that it was a robot with a cowboy face on the screen that talked relatively normal. I wonder who it could be...

It couldn't be Vincent. That's absurd. He seems so kind and not at all suspicious. When I saw Vincent again in Novac, I just wanted to give him a big hug. Because Vincent is awesome and not at all responsible for the reduction of grey bits in the old noggin.

Well, if you didn't already know...

Spoiler
Victor is obviously controlled by Mr. House, and is Mr. House's direct line of contact to you. It was Mr. House that ordered victor to find you, etc. Victor is basically Mr. House's way of interacting with you physically, even though I know this is either a troll thread or you're faking it for whatever reason

Yeah, someone suggests that he's controlled back in Good Springs. And it fits in with his less robotic speech pattern. I was just disappointed at the inability to call Victor out on it.

The entire thing comes across as your delivering the chip to be a setup (the other courier changing jobs, Benny basically saying it was a setup) with him behind it and you've got no recourse to so much as suggest it when you see him after Primm. Even if he's not involved in the setup, inability to question his involvement at this stage grates.
