What are Ammo "Cases" ?

I dont have a clue... Im in hardcoe mode, see these in my inventory, they have no weight... and I have abundant amounts of them in each type of ammo... what do they do?

You use them to make ammo at a workbench.

You can reuse ammo casings to make your own ammo.

They're shells for crafting bullets.
