Miranda attacking on sight for no reason

Miranda is attacking me on sight for no reason. The only faction that hates me is the powder gangers and i am not wearing any faction armor. I am completely naked and that [censored] still opens fire. I have no quest with her. In. fact i have never even been to the outpost. WTF is up? any suggestions?

The only "Miranda" I can find on the Fallout Wiki is Miranda Strayer, wife of Ted from Fallout 3.
