the console version (ps3) is just plain god awful. I don't know how bethesda could make a game as good as oblivion and then put out a crapwagon like new vegas. After two hours of playing I just couldn't take it anymore of the agonizingly slow pace, the graphics that look like somthing from the PS1, and the utterly non-sensical combat. This game makes me want to vomit.

So you took your time to sign up on these forums to say that you didn't like a game? If I don't like a game, I don't go and make sure all the fans of the game get to know about it by signing up to their forum and say it's crap.

Thats a funny way of describing the game.Keep in mind the sheer amount of content and intrigue pleases more people than better animations and graphics.I think the graphics are fine, and waaaaaay beyond ps1.Id say bring it back and get Fable next week instead.

Im also playing the PS3 version of NV. and from what I can tell some of the graphics have slightly improved over fallout 3. and the game play is on par if not a little better. far more customization. the only thing I could find to complain about is all the frame dropes and the sudden freezing that last a second. Ive only had one instance when my console completely locked up because of NV. give Obsidian a few weeks and mayb they will patch some of the freezing out

Okay, so he don't like it. I do, I have played 4 hours so far and it did freeze up on me once but it was no big deal.
There are a few bugs I have noticed but again no big deal. I'm sure they will run a patch soon to try and fix them.
When you have a game this big your bound to have some issues. No big deal...I think so far they did a great job
and yes they did improve the graphics a little in my eyes over Fallout 3.

Considering the graphics, pace, and combat system are all pretty much the same as FO3 (and pace/graphics are the same as Oblivion), this is a rather silly post.

I'd actually have to disagree I'm playing on the console version for the PS3 because right now my PC is out of commission for the moment but none the less. I have not once had it freeze on me so far the graphics they explain: its an outdated engine Get a grip. I knew what exactly to expect from this and I'm enjoying it.

This isn't going anywhere.
