In the bar of the condtion of a weapon or armour, what is the line in there? Is this the line that you can repair the weapon or armour to maximum? I tried looking in the manual, but I do not see anything for it. I am only guessing, I have no clue what it is.

Maybe the line has something to do with the fact that you can now "maintain" your weapons/clothing instead of just straight-up repairing them. This is my guess as I really haven't noticed what the difference is.

From what I've read before, I believe that's the line where a weapon can degrade to without losing damage. After that as it degrades, it does less damage.
