Size difference.

Now alot of people have had a chance to play the game, I was just wondering how big it really is compared to FO3? I have seen the scans of the map, and it looks HUGE!

I can't wait to get up to the lake. How big is it and is it radioactive? I hope there is a quest or two associated with it as well.

The game area is from my perception about 50% bigger than all of FO3+DLC.

As for quests...Items, crafting and Depth of game... there is no comparison to FO3.. FO:NV FTW...

Im still trying to get immersed in the setting though. as FO3 was very gritty post apoc... FO:NV is a hair less so due to the power factions having established larger areas of control.

At first I thought it was smaller abit, but with more locations. Still getting use to the map that is turned on it's side now. :P

Im finding it to be about the same size... but with more locations... it feels like.

In fo3, most of the named locations were inside one building or underground... whereas in NV, its mostly settlements and small desolate towns, that you can see from miles away.
