This forum does not have bugs in terms of missing avatars. It's simply that Bethesda will now host them directly for you. So just load up your favorite avatar from your computer and that's that

You can get your old avatar back though; just use this:

http://www.gamesas.com/avatar.php

Just save it from that location and upload it from your computer.

It's also worth noting that the new forum's maximum size is 100 pixels. If you had an avatar was a little bigger, the forum software may ruin it while resizing. For best results, resize from the largest possible size you can find to minimize errors.

Even after uploading mine the other day I had to redo it today for some reason. :shrug:
