Until today (after patching) I had not played New Vegas since November 13th - three days after the previous patch went live. Why? Every single time I tried to buy a couple items at Gunrunners, I would crash to desktop immediately after accepting the deal. Other crashes weren't uncommon either, and it was just too frustrating to deal with - it's worth noting that I almost never crashed before the November 10th patch. I had far more crashes from November 10th to the 13th than I'd had in all the time since release before that.

I was excited about this patch, only to be dismayed by 4 consecutive crashes at Gunrunners. This is totally unacceptable and makes the game unplayable for me. I'm not really one to take to the forums with tantrums, and I haven't made any complaining or sarcastic posts about the patch delays - but this crashing is just ridiculous. If I'm crashing when just trying to buy 4 or 5 items - like I was with the last patch - it's also pretty likely that I'll be crashing at other times just like before. I don't feel like having to constantly replay sections of the game because I crashed when saving or "zoning" to a new area. This really needs to be fixed, ASAP.
