UI gone, can't move, last save days ago...

Hi. I've seen this problem in a couple of other places, but not on the first page here. Upon entering Gomorrah, I had the pleasure of losing my UI - the Omerta Thug at the door reacted to my presence, turned hostile, ran off, and eventually came back with a friend. He stood right in front of my with his gun out but didn't shoot, his friend stood inside me. The receptionist is hiding behind the desk, occasionally popping up and then hiding again. If I stand there long enough, they'll react as if I'd hidden from them, then after they decide I'm not there anymore they'll turn hostile, look for me, and stand in the same spot as me again. I can't move, open the Pip Boy menu, bring out my gun or do anything at all except crouch. The UI's completely blank.
Does anyone know if there's a solution to this? I've tried a little tinkering with the console, but nothing I tried worked. If not, can anyone give me a number for support from Bethesda, or failing that, a customer services number by which to bollock them? Thank you and best wishes.

EDIT: It's a UK number I want, if possible, by the way, rather than the US number provided in the sticky.

http://support.gamesas.com/eng/platformlist.asp?sid=032541101214222153067118&pid=400000953&pnm=New+Vegas

There's a link to send tech support an email. Click on the relevant one then on the right hand side a link will appear to email them about the issue. I just had to send them one myself since my game's f***** as well >_<

As for a customer support phone number, I left my case and manual in a different city and I'm from New Zealand anyway so whether or not it would be a different number, I have no idea.
There's this.

Bethesda Softworks LLC
a ZeniMax Media company
1370 Piccard Drive, Suite 120
Rockville, MD 20850
Phone: (301) 926-8300
Fax: (301) 926-8010

*Edit* you want UK only, saw that after posting. I'll leave that there anyway just in case. Someone else might find it useful.

Have you tried the console command:

enableplayercontrols

It sounds like you got stuck where dialogue should be but the dialogue didn't trigger, leaving you w/ no UI. This was something that happened a few times in FO3.

enableplayercontrols worked. Can't thank you enough! I imagine this'll come in handy again as I navigate Bethesda's buggy labyrinth.
