I had the eyebot with me and at a moment i realised he is not with me.I still had the perk but i dont remember when was the last time i had him with me.Can anyone suggest a way of getting him back??

Dude... like dude... how exactly do you even do this?! Lol you managed to do the impossible! *facepalm* try reloading a previous save and entering a new interior, all your followers should come in with you.

ED-E does get stuck sometimes. You might have to retrace your path and look for it. Anyplace indoors with low ceilings can trap him. Also, go back to Primm and see if he went home.

On pc you can use the console command to port him to you or vice versa. I had to do it 3 or 4 times with these buggy companions. If not on pc...dunno
