The super Mutant dog (god) I sent to the fountain

I have all 3 companions there but for some reason Dog is not I cant even talk to him he just say's.

"Dog want out Dog is Hungry"

The father guy says to gather all 3 even though they are there.

I also Did God instead and when he goes to the fountain he turns into dog, and I wont be able to talk to him or go farther into the game.

Is there a way to undo this glitch and make Father say all 3 are there, My Xbox is not connected to Live so I cant get the lastest patch for dead money.

I'm pretty tired so sorry if theres any spelling errors.
