Can we no longer hack off dead peoples limbs?

I tried this last night, but my knife may not be sharp enough, or maybe I did not hack at 'em long enough...

I can still blow off limb, however I like dismembering folks who wrong me, and don't wish to waist the ammo on 'em...

...I don't want to be locked in a room with you now...

But it's a shame if that feature's gone. But it was only really aesthetic anyway, plus maybe there wasn't enough limb damage? I dunno, it was sorta fun dismembering Old Lady Palmer when leaving Vault 101, but I probably won't miss it.
