Dealing with Contreras

quick query.. i've looked on the wiki and i can't seem to find out how you speak with isaac in the gun runners... i can't get in unless i pick the lock and if i do that, they all start shooting me...

any suggestions?

I met him outside near the store.. he's usually there.

Yeah he's usually walking round east/south east of the shop

He has a house directly east of Gun Runners.

Before the last quest I bought A LOT of stuff from Contreras and sold him a few things. When I killed him I was able to loot every piece back (including Bottle Caps)!
