might be just trophy support i hate trophys there not needed at all

The recent patch 1.03 has reset my 100 completion/Trophy Collection to 85% even though I do not have the DLC on my PS3. Personally I think something stinks here and I question whether or not it is indeed legal. Am I being forced to purchase this and future DLC to regain my 100% completion? The game I bought, and completed 100%, doesn't say anything about your progress being castrated as and when DLC becomes available. I'll be taking this matter further with the Office of Fair Trading here in the UK, you can be sure of that!

the thing is why put a patch out that just updates trophy support why not have it down load with dead money it is just to get you to buy the dlc. and what is the point of trophys anyway i dont care who the better gamer is. so in a nut shell yes something stinks

I wouldn't expect anything to happen with that. It's only an "extra" for the game. It's not like the game is now unplayable due to the patch removing vital components.

And wouldn't you just be able to remove the 1.03 patch and re-install an older one? I don't own a PS3 so I don't know how their patches work and I don't even know if that is possible(hence the reason I'm asking

).

no when you get a new patch the old one are no more you have to back the old one up i i dont mind as im getting the dlc i just dont like trophys there is no point in them

New Trophies mean you don't have 100% anymore its simple math.

Lol ! WTF does it matter that you arent 100% on your trophies anymore? Jeez , some people need to get out more! :lol:

Except that EVERY videogame with DLC trophies does the same thing on PS3. You'd be going against 1/2 to 2/3 of the gaming industry. And I wish you luck good sir.

Just adding, currently ALL consoles AND Steam add DLC achievements to the main game listing instead.

Update: A PS3 trophy update has gone live in some territories already. This update adds trophies for Dead Money... that's it. We'll provide more details (sometime soon) when the next full update is released.

I don't know but it better start fixing glitches for Dead money and for still exsisting glitches. I can't even start the main quest for Sierra Madre Casino....
I was just starting a character in Beyond the Beef quest and now my game freezes after every time I talk to the White glove greeter who takes your weapons.

I'm about ready to give up in playing this game anymore it seems it gets buggier with each play through. I'm not buying DLC or any newly released content till they sort out their bugs. Its so [censored] frustrating. I feel like I dumped my money on a half finished game. I am enjoying the game, but I don't have a good steady access to the internet to keep getting patches.

I don't give a flying [censored] about trophies, I would actually love to play the game without it glitching up.

Rant is over, for now....
