Just a quick heads up for those afflicted by bugs in Still in the Dark: the compilation patch (http://newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=38326) can for whatever reason bork the quest. In my case, McNamara got stuck in his "come back later, still lifting the lockdown" phase.

Disabling the mod and loading a save from before I finished the quest (just prior to handing in the items to Lorenzo) allowed me to finish the quest normally, and move on to Eyesight to the Blind.
