The wiki says nothing about it being bugged at all, and yet none of my characters who get legion assault do the knockdown effect. It just doesn't work. tried hundreds of times and never knocks anything down.

Is the game lying? Is it not supposed to knock people down? Seems pretty stupid if it didn't cause you can just do a regular attack forward power punch and it does the same basic thing.

I'm at total loss here and this makes no sense. I know the ranger knockdown one sometimes doesnt work when you land it, but this move NEVER works.

Ranger takedown knocks enemies down. Not Legion Assault.

Hmm. I read that it knockdown enemies you hit with it. What's the point if it has no knockdown? it doesnt increase your damage or your range of a normal power attack.

You jump real high and strike with the ferocity of a tiger.

I learn't it today, it would only knockdown enemies ig you have the perk (forget the name) that lets you knock down enemies with melee and unarmed. (it's awesome)

It just does a sh**load more damage than normal attacks, and a bit more than normal power attacks.

Yes, when you add a perk on top of Legion Assault that specifically adds a chance of a knockback to every unarmed or melee attack, Legion Assault sometimes knocks an enemy back.
