New Vegas control(spoilers)

Just want to know if I killed Mr. House after upgrading the securitrons and I dont install Yes Man to Houses computer, will I be able to control the securitrons and strip in the end?Or do I need Yes Man?

Im aligning with the NRC and want them to control New Vegas.Is this possible?

Well I guess this saves me alot of time. Id though about redoing my run and taking NV for myself. I mean I can't possibly be more of a tyrant than Mr.house! My god he's a zombie version of Ceaser! Shame though I woulda loved to have had the upgraded securitrons as body guards.
