From my understanding some one handed weapons aren't affected by The Professional like they are supposed to, which is why I'm asking this, is the .45 Auto Pistol affected?

Can someone confirm this?

**UPDATE** - I did some extensive testing with and without the perk and from my understanding it IS affected as it should be, just to clear that up.
