Eyesight to the Blind: McNamara will task the player in planting a bug in the radio equipment at Black Mountain, and to deal with the super mutants there.
then when you complete this quest and go back, you can still give the holocynts to hardin, so then I'll be waiting for a long time and never can talk to those man...
